Marketing you can count on
Every promise on a plan is delivered each paid month: launch posts within 7 days of approval, guaranteed social media posts, homepage weeks and the monthly newsletter. If we miss one, it moves to the next month — or we extend your plan.
Renewal and grace period
Each payment covers one month. We remind you 7 days, 3 days and on the day your plan ends. If it lapses, you get a 7-day grace period in which one listing stays public; after that you continue on Free, where one listing stays public with no time limit. Your products and history are never deleted.
Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades start as soon as payment is confirmed, and unused days on your old plan are added as extra time on the new one. Downgrades take effect when your current paid month ends.
Selling through Imminent X — separate from your plan
10% marketplace commission
When a customer buys your paid product through our checkout, Imminent X keeps 10% of the amount the customer paid and you receive 90%. For example, a $10 sale gives you $9. Earnings become available 7 days after the sale (to allow for refunds) and are paid out to your verified mobile money or bank account on request. There is no commission on your plan subscription, or on sales made outside Imminent X.
